Keller Williams Real Estate Agent Ayon Codner was OUTSTANDING, he was professional, ethical, and very knowledgeable of the real estate business, and I could not have chosen a better agent. It was very impressive seeing him work so diligently and persistently toward the selling of my property. My agent at Keller Williams for my commercial real estate property was Ayon Codner. This was a unique property with a complex assessment evaluation valued into the millions. I signed with Ayon in late June, and within 3 weeks he already had a buyer. I realize this is a unique example and these results are not typical especially in this economic climate. I was truly surprised, but I was even more impressed. I have conducted many real estate transactions over my business career, and I have basically heard all of the sales pitches and promises. Ayon was different. A truly great agent is not defined by their ability to communicate, or knowledge of industry, or even years of experience. These traits are important, but the most important trait a commercial agent MUST have is a contact list of qualified buyers. Ayon had this. It quickly became apparent to me that his years in the business made him become a sustainable resource for many commercial buyers. He was detailed, organized and responsive.
